Welcome to The Coachouse Hotel & Restaurant website
The Coachouse Hotel, originally built in 1856 for the Duke of Bedford, was sympathetically renovated in 1989. Much of it's charm and character has been retained by the preserving of many old timber beams and the granite open fire in the Lounge Bar.
The Coachouse is nclose to Dartmoor National Park, hidden amongst rolling farmland on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Ottery, but only two miles from historic Tavistock, birthplace of Sir Francis Drake. |
